For any care that your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventative, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.
Getting Care During Our Exercise
The 366th Medical Group will take part in an upcoming readiness exercise, tentatively scheduled to last from mid-October until the first week of November. Most routine medical appointments will be delayed, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Mental Health, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Dental, and the Active Duty Operational Medical Clinic. Patients should expect longer wait times at the Pharmacy, Radiology, and Laboratory.
Patients should schedule appointments as soon as possible to prevent delays in care.
The 366th MDG will provide updates about changes to appointment availability and ancillary services. We’re also developing guidance about how to get medical care while our personnel are taking part in the exercise. Thanks in advance for your patience as we support this mission-critical exercise.
In an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Patients can use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to message their health care team or schedule appointments. Patients may also call the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line at 800-TRICARE (874-2273), Option 1. Active duty service members require a TRICARE authorization for all non-emergent care.
