Operational Medicine
The mission of Operational Medicine is to keep our members medically fit and mission-capable through comprehensive care. Our team—including Flight Medicine, the active duty clinic, Optometry, MSME, PEBLO, and SHPE—ensures the health and readiness of all personnel. Provider teams are aligned with squadrons for continuity and regularly collaborate with leadership to address non-mission capable Airmen and develop effective treatment plans.
Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic
The mission of WOMC is to provide comprehensive medical care for active-duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve members on active orders. WOMC delivers acute and preventive care, medication management, and coordinates referrals to off-base clinics, ensuring the health and readiness of service members to meet military duties.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed for training every Wednesday until 10 a.m.

Walk-In Services

- Established orders ONLY: Depo-Provera injections, Testosterone injections, B12 injections, wart removals, battlefield acupuncture
Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic
The mission of FOMC is to ensure the health, readiness, and deployment capability of Air Force personnel in flying or operational roles. The clinic delivers specialized primary care, occupational health exams, aeromedical waiver management, in-flight emergency response, and supports personnel reliability programs for all wing members on flying or controlling status, as well as new civilian hires.

Base Operational Medicine Clinic/Medical Standards Management Element
The mission of BOMC is to provide specialized medical readiness, occupational health, and operational support for active duty Air Force personnel. BOMC manages preventive health assessments, deployment and separation exams, medical clearances, and oversees medical standards and profiles to ensure all service members are fit for duty and operational requirements.

Separation History and Physical Examination
The mission of the SHPE office is to ensure service members separating from active duty receive a thorough medical evaluation, are medically cleared for transition, and have documentation to support VA disability claims and benefits.

Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer
The mission of the PEBLO is to guide and support Air Force members through the disability evaluation process, ensuring complete documentation, clear communication, and informed decisions so members receive appropriate benefits and outcomes.
