The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit tricare.mil/shutdown.

Visitor Guidelines

Due to COVID-19, patients entering the facility will be screened at the main entrance, required to wear a face mask, and maintain six feet social distancing protocols. Adult patients should not bring any guests with them to an appointment. Minor children should be accompanied by only one parent.

Calling ahead for Pharmacy prescriptions by calling 208-828-6947 is highly encouraged. This will minimize your wait time at the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..

Beneficiaries who rely on the 366th Medical Treatment Facility for primary care should contact us at 208-828-7900 if they are experiencing symptoms or have specific concerns they believe might be related to COVID-19. Base personnel who are not enrolled to our facility should contact their primary care provider with health-related questions and concerns.
