The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. During this partial government shutdown, the 366th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we're still taking requests for appointments. We're doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Active Duty, Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy and laboratory) also remain operational. The 366th Medical Group's medical treatment facility is located just south of the main gate, on the northeast corner of the base, east of the base service station. The base is located 10 miles west of Mountain Home, approximately 55 miles south of Boise. From I-84 take Exit 95 onto Highway 51 West, through Mountain Home, onto Airbase Highway and stay west on the four-lane main road. The main gate is 12.5 miles west of Exit 95. After passing through the main gate, make a left at the first intersection light and continue straight to the MTF.
