Driving Directions

​The 366th Medical Group's medical treatment facility is located just south of the main gate, on the northeast corner of the base, east of the base service station. The base is located 10 miles west of Mountain Home, approximately 55 miles south of Boise. From I-84 take Exit 95 onto Highway 51 West, through Mountain Home, onto Airbase Highway and stay west on the four-lane main road. The main gate is 12.5 miles west of Exit 95. After passing through the main gate, make a left at the first intersection light and continue straight to the MTF.
