The Referral Management Line has temporarily changed to 208-828-7099. Patients are encouraged to use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to schedule or change appointments and correspond with their care team.
If you're scheduled for a virtual appointment, please call 208-828-6806 to reach the appointment line and you'll be connected to the provider to complete the appointment.
As of right now, we don't have a timeframe of when the phones will be fixed, but are working with our partners to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Also, you have until April 30 to set up  your payment info if you pay by EFT, credit card, or debit card. This is for TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Select, TYA, TRS, and TRR plans. If you miss this deadline, you will be disenrolled back to Jan. 1. Visit www.tricare.mil/west today.

Referral Management Center

TRICARE Prime enrollees can obtain referrals from their primary care manager. When you get a referral from your primary care manager, please come to the Referral Management Center before departing the hospital. We will assist in booking an appointment or provide necessary information to obtain care in the network.
