We offer X-ray services to active duty service members, dependents, retires, and other qualifying beneficiaries.

Important Information

Requests from civilian providers must include the doctor’s license, number, telephone, and fax number. Orders can be hand carried or faxed to 208-828-3793.

Referrals for Radiology Services We Don’t Provide

See your Primary Care Manager (PCM) to request a referral for Radiology services we don’t provide. If your PCM refers you to a specialist, that specialist may request authorization from TRICARE for tests related to the condition for which you were referred

Location

Radiology is located on the first floor, on the left side of the clinic, when entering from the main entrance.
