Mountain Home Air Force Base doesn’t offer urgent or emergency care services.
Urgent Care services treat non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, the flu, colds, and other common illnesses.

Urgent Care Access
In the Boise area there are approximately 30 locations between St. Luke’s, St Al’s and Primary Health. The majority of locations are closed after 8 p.m. Active Duty service members require a referral for “Urgent Care.”
Please contact your primary care manager at 208-828-7900 or the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273, option 1, for a referral prior to going or if after hours, contact your PCM the next duty day to request a backdated referral for the visit.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical situation (including mental health emergencies), call 911 immediately. Emergency care services treat life-threatening medical issues such as threats to your life, limbs, sight, or safety.

Emergency Care Access
