Urgent Care
Urgent Care services treat non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, the flu, colds, and other common illnesses.
If you’re unsure about whether you need urgent care, contact the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line to speak to a registered nurse.
Visit MHSNurseAdviceLine.com for web chat and video chat, or dial 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273).

Urgent Care Access
There are approximately 30 locations in the Boise area that offer urgent care services. Most locations are closed after 8 p.m.

Please contact your primary care manager at 208-828-7900 or the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 800-874-2273, Option 1, for a referral before going; after hours, contact your PCM the next duty day to request a backdated referral for the visit.
