The Referral Management Line has temporarily changed to 208-828-7099. Patients are encouraged to use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to schedule or change appointments and correspond with their care team. If you're scheduled for a virtual appointment, please call 208-828-6806 to reach the appointment line and you'll be connected to the provider to complete the appointment. As of right now, we don't have a timeframe of when the phones will be fixed, but are working with our partners to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
