Laboratory
The laboratory is located on the first floor, on the left side of the clinic, when entering from the main entrance. We offer comprehensive diagnostic testing requested by authorized military and civilian providers. Requests from civilian providers must include the provider’s license and/or DEA number, telephone, and fax number. Patient instructions and collection containers are available at the reception desk.
General fasting instructions: We recommend fasting for eight hours before collection of lipids studies or follow your provider’s instructions. During this period, refrain from eating or drinking, except plain water. Medications should be continued unless advised otherwise by the provider.
Radiology (Diagnostic Imaging)
Radiology is located on the first floor, on the left side of the clinic, when entering from the main entrance. We offer X-ray, computed tomography (CT scan) capabilities to active duty service members, dependents, retires, and other qualifying beneficiaries. Patient instructions are available at the reception desk.
Requests from civilian providers must include the doctor’s license and/or DEA number, telephone, and fax number.
The Radiology Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
