Base Operational Medicine Clinic

BOMC manages Periodic Health Assessments and Deployment Health Assessments and is the ‘one-stop-shop’ that orders labs and schedules health assessment appointments in support of Fighter Wing Individual Medical Readiness.
Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic

FOMC is the primary care clinic for all wing personnel on flying or controlling status (389th, 391st, 726th, 428th, and 428th spouses). FOMC responds to in-flight emergencies. FOMC also sees patients for Occupational Health Exams, and new hires.
Medical Standards Management

MSME schedules patients for Overseas Clearances and Initial Flying Class Physicals. MSME processes AF Form 422s for Palace Chase/Palace Front, Professional Military Education, Retraining, and Overseas assignments, when required. MSME also processes AF Form 469s (profiles) that are issued by FOMC and WOMC physicians and independent duty medical technicians.
Separation History and Physical Examination

SHPE manages separation physicals for personnel separating from active duty status and coordinates with WOMC and FOMC physicians for completion. Medical history obtained during this physical is used for Veterans Affairs processing.
Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic

WOMC is the primary care clinic for all active duty personnel, not including those on flying/controlling status. WOMC processes medication refills and telephone consultations, and initiates referrals to off-base clinics. WOMC physicians and IDMTs see sick call patients sick call patients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 8 a.m., and Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 10:30 am.
Laboratory
The laboratory is located on the first floor, on the left side of the clinic when entering from the main entrance. We offer comprehensive diagnostic testing requested by authorized military and civilian providers. Requests from civilian providers must include the doctor’s license and/or DEA number, telephone, and fax number. Patient instructions are available at the reception desk and appropriate collection containers will be available for distribution.
General fasting instructions: We recommend fasting for eight hours before collection of lipid studies or follow your provider’s instructions. During this period, refrain from eating or drinking, except plain water. Medications should be continued unless advised otherwise by the provider.
Radiology (Diagnostic Imaging)
Radiology is located on the first floor, on the left side of the clinic when entering from the main entrance. Requests from civilian providers must include the doctor’s license and/or DEA number, telephone, and fax number. Capabilities include diagnostic x-rays and computed tomography.
Physical Therapy

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Closed for training the first Wednesday of each month until 10 a.m.
We provide evaluation and treatment of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions to improve movement and function, and maximize patient potential for an active and independent lifestyle. Direct care access to active duty service members is available; no referral is needed.
