The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

During this partial government shutdown, the 366th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we're still taking requests for appointments. We're doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Active Duty,  Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy and laboratory) also remain operational. Primary Care

We provide scheduled acute, chronic, and preventive medical care to active duty service members, retirees, and dependents. Walk-in appointments are available; please see the clinics page for more details.  

Primary Care Clinics: 

The facility is closed for training on the first Wednesday of each month, 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. No services are available on training days until 9:30 a.m., including ancillary services, such as the pharmacy; the ScriptCenter is accessible during this time. At the MTF, we use training time to make sure our active duty service members get training designed to prepare them for any real-world disaster or deployment. We want to thank our patients in advance for allowing us this time every month to make sure we’re better-equipped Gunfighter medics.
