Primary Care

We provide scheduled acute, chronic, and preventive medical care to active duty service members, retirees, and dependents. Walk-in appointments are available; please see the clinics page for more details.  

Primary Care Clinics: 

The facility is closed for training on the first Wednesday of each month, 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. No services are available on training days until 9:30 a.m., including ancillary services, such as the pharmacy; the ScriptCenter is accessible during this time. At the MTF, we use training time to make sure our active duty service members get training designed to prepare them for any real-world disaster or deployment. We want to thank our patients in advance for allowing us this time every month to make sure we’re better-equipped Gunfighter medics.

To make an appointment, log into the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Use the patient portal to send a message to your provider or call the Central Appointment Desk at 208-828-7900.
