Family Health

We provide scheduled appointments for new medical concerns, long-term medical issues, and preventive medical care for dependents and retirees. Walk-in appointments are available daily for painful urination in women, cold symptoms, sore throats, pregnancy tests, Depo-Provera birth control injections, and wart treatments (if previously evaluated by a doctor). Walk-in hours for these services are Monday-Friday 9-11 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. 

How to Make an Appointment 

To make an appointment, log into the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Use the patient portal to send a message to your provider or call the Central Appointment Desk at 208-828-7900.

Services

  • (16-44 years old): Pregnancy Testing (18-65 years old): Cold, sore throat, dysuria (UTI) testing
  • For Established orders ONLY: Depo-Provera Injections, testosterone injections, wart removals
