How it Works
Just walk up to the Family Health Clinic. Check in for the Walk-In Contraception Clinic at the front desk. A member of our team will call you back, provide a screening, and may send you to the lab – if needed. For patients requesting an intrauterine device (IUD) insertion or removal, our health care providers recommend taking an over the counter NSAID, such as Ibuprofen, for pain relief before coming to the clinic. This clinic is on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times will vary. If you have any questions, please call 208-828-7900 and leave a message for the Women’s Health nursing staff
